Jury is still out

I purchased the app for my trip to Seattle but so far it is not working. It says that my GPS signal is not working, but it is. I also discovered that I have to register the app as well. Which should be fairly easy except the link they provided goes to a dead URL. And when I go to the Garmin wensite and try and register the password that they provided me does not work.

I comtacted the company today, 7 May, and will any progress.
