Unacceptable Traffic Info

I really wanted to give this app 5 stars as it has always performed flawlessly for me. However, I usually know where Im going so I the main reason I use it is for traffic information. This traffic add-on is virtually unusable in my area (Portland, Oregon). Segments that should be labeled red are often just yellow or show no traffic at all. Any backups at freeway onramp metering lights are not shown. When it does identify a serious backup, it reroutes through arterials that are often more congested than the freeways. It usually shows that theres no traffic at all on these streets.

I understand that this app relies on a 3rd party to obtain traffic information. it is time, then, to switch providers. Accurate information is available elsewhere. Traffic on Google Maps, for instance, has always been very reliable. Should I see an improvement with this add-on, Ill be more than delighted to revise my review.
